About

Laviana Faith is a multidisciplinary artist based in London, England. From making sculptures out of recycling in nursery to doodling on pub napkins, Laviana’s artist journey doesn’t have a singular starting point. This, accompanied with her love of the performing arts and writing, meant her childhood was devoted to vivid daydreaming and the arts.

As a means of navigating life, storytelling became an integral passion for her. With her nose stuck in a book or eyes glued to a screen, fictional stories became key cornerstones to her identity. These beacons of inspiration shine throughout all of Laviana’s projects. Through the lenses of the psychological and feminist; the appraising, analysing and critiquing these tales are at the core of her creations.

Using her work as a means to explore her identity and psyche – personas (and how people portray themselves in their work in other ways) are an integral aspect to her work as well. Particularly in her photography and film, you can explore how we display ourselves in the arts and wider contexts

Graduating with first-class honours in Fine Art in the Summer of ‘25, Laviana has continued to venture into the professional art realm. This can be seen in her featuring most recently in Third Time’s a Charm and starting up a collective, Warterdisco, alongside fellow artist Eve W.R.
